the two best things

Today I had the two best things ever for lunch.

A sandwich on the most perfect bread I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. Plus pesto and veggies.

And my favorite person in the entire world.  how cute is he?

Afterward I spent my entire afternoon talking grammar with my tutoring students and then wrapped it all up by teaching my yoga class tonight.  Life sure is hard sometimes, but today really couldn’t have been any better:)

How was your day?  What was your favorite part?

P.S. Last chance if you’d be up for voting for my entry in Project Food Blog.  Voting ends tomorrow!!  Go here check out my entry and vote:)

The best part was realizing that even though today didn’t go as planned, I still have tomorrow, and the next day, and the next, etc.

Do you find that after teaching yoga, you have a hard time taking classes?

    So true…there’s always tomorrow:)

You pose an interesting question – I actually have found that I enjoy yoga classes more now that I’m an instructor. I find more value than ever in being able to focus inward on my own workout and my own body because I am not really able to do that when I’m instructing. Also, I like learning things from other instructors that I can implement in my own class. The only problem is that I don’t have much time to attend other classes – I wish I had more!

  2. It is always nice to have those random days that are just uncomplicated and wonderful… :) Glad to hear it was a good one!

I’ve been tired as of late, so I think my favorite part of the day is honestly when I first lay down and just exhale… aaahhhhh

Sorry you’ve been tired – but it is so nice to just come home and lay down on days like that. I told my husband the other day that my favorite part of the day is when we get in bed at night. I think I may be a little to into sleep;)

  3. It’s hard to beat an awesome sandwich and an awesome hubby! I think the best part of my Wednesday was going to spin class with my hubby.
