little things i’m loving this week

You may have noticed in a post earlier this week a tiny little blue camera sitting on the shelf in our dining room. When Jon and I were in Paris a couple of years ago, one of the souvenirs we picked up was this precious little camera, the Mini Diana. We love her.
So yesterday I was making lunch, and I suddenly got the urge to play with her a little bit. There were two pictures left. Hmmmm, what might I be able to do with two pictures?
So I snapped the last couple and then went this afternoon to get the roll developed. Don’t you love developing film that’s been in your camera for ages and you have no idea what’s on it? Such a fun surprise!
Sadly, this roll didn’t come out too spectacular, but I love the images all the same.

What are you loving this week?

Candice,
Thanks so much for visiting my blog and the nice comment on my parenting post. I am a twin myself, with a twin brother. I know those early years were challenging for my mom but she didn’t complain… and she laughs about a lot of it now. It’s all about perspective. =) Looking forward to exploring your blog more.

How fun that you’re a twin! There are definitely some challenges with having two babies at once, but they are easily outweighed by all the blessings and fun parts of twins. And there has definitely been a lot of laughter. When things get crazy sometimes the absurdity of it is just too funny and all you can do is laugh:) Thanks for stopping by my blog! Oh, and I also really enjoyed your post about “French Kids Eat Everything.” I ordered it from my library just yesterday and with the twins starting solids this week I’m really excited to look into it more. Thanks for sharing your experience.
